Politics is translated as “mastery”. It can have several ways of achieving the intended targets: upheavals, economic pressure, dictatorship and so on. The aerial acrobatics in politics is the way of getting and holding the power in such a way that the world around wouldn't give notice. And people – both individuals and the whole country – would be willing to subject to this power.
Master asked a disciple: “Why do rivers flow into the ocean?” “I don't know” – the disciple answered on reflection. Rivers make a fuss of themselves, they have risen, but the ocean is below them and rivers don't notice in their noise how they fall and flow into the ocean.

One must not frame the development of a state (nation) up to economy. It is necessary to frame economy up to the development of a state. Otherwise, there will come up a whole chain of problems, which can sometimes last hundreds of years.
