A technologist, an executive manager-specialist of another level is responsible for production. You manage people. You are responsible for them, and it means that for their spiritual level as well. If there will be no spiritual development, then there will be no material development. Material welfare is impossible without spiritual realization. Without celestial aspiration we keep going down in our wish to enjoy.  
When you become a leader, you have to forget about all wishes except for one – a wish for success. Having become a leader but not refusing from satisfaction of your whims you will not be able to manage a collective (an enterprise, a country).

A person who is not able to manage his feelings will not be able to manage people.

Having become a leader of a group of people you take 25-28% of all negative and all positive which is available in each of them. In order your enterprise will be prosperous it is necessary to adjust a process of spiritual realization of each personality.
Otherwise degradation starts which will lead to destruction.

The higher is your position, the more pure and more spiritual you should be yourself.

It is necessary that you have a spiritual teacher, a confessor, who would direct and support you in this not easy business.
