A secret of a company success is defined by one thing – by an internal strive to the set out target, by a state of comfort and assurance in the achievement of intended goals. For solution of the set out target it is necessary to have a team consisting of the following persons:

- Leader of the enterprise (General Director);
- Deputy General Director responsible for current activity;
- Financier;
- Economist;
- Lawyer;
- Marketing Department;
- Depending on specificity of the enterprise Production Director and 2-3 officers who will be defined by the company specificity.

General Director should not only work himself for the achievement of the strategic goal, but also he should direct the activity of each worker towards the target set out before him, which should be strategic for this particular person.

Deputy General Director responsible for current activity should be engaged only in current matters which become less and less in time and in some period of time they are transferred to another form and are neither more nor less than matters of development. This is a main thing.

Such peripheral issues as a financial discipline, sales optimization, etc. will be resolved in parallel to it.
