TAKEOVER WITHOUT AGRESSION

At present takeover of one company by another one through aggression, by violent way is practiced in the world. It occurs according to the wish of one certain group of people without consent of another party. It is interesting, may be, effective and nice, but what does happen later? Why in some period of time already this company is taken over, also without its consent? What does happen in reality? When takeover is undertaken without consent of another party, then the party which takes over lays in the information field of the company a program of self-destruction. The more aggressive was takeover, the more effective is the program which is launched in time. And in some period of time as a consequence destructive processes are taking place at this company, at the author (initiator) of takeover. It is possible to mitigate such program only by one way – to create such conditions at this enterprise, which in respect of previous conditions would have been more attractive, and material welfare of the staff would have improved.

Another way of takeover is possible without creation of the self-destruction program, which contributes not to destruction of the “merger”, but to its strengthening, rising, makes it more powerful and impetuous in development. It takes place when a company which is taken over itself “lies” under a “merger”, regarding it as a system which will give it (a company) development.

Some company works under the management of my one acquaintance. And this company which he manages is developing very consistently and accurately. Within two years 5 companies came to him and requested to become integrated into this structure.
