Recently leaders of large enterprises, holdings, joint-stock companies apply very often with a request to solve their internal problems. In 98 cases out of 100 the necessity of joint-stock companies is absurd and ludicrous.
A well-coordinated work of joint-stock companies takes place at the initial stage of their establishment, when capital is summarized, which is directed at the business development, at profit obtaining. The second stage when profit appears lasts not very long. And the third stage when discords, misunderstanding caused by disagreement, profit distribution or its assignment start inside the company.
When people are gathered to work jointly, all their efforts are targeted at one side – for development and obtaining of profit. The company receives a powerful incentive in its development. And when profit is obtained each shareholder creates his own understanding of its purpose. There occurs misunderstanding among them – a war (each disagreement is a war) and the company starts to be ruined. One person must be a master of the company. And all the rest must work on hire.
