Mistakes in development or obstacles which we create for us ourselves are in the fact that we when we want to be engaged in business cannot think strategically, set strategic goals and achieve them. Fear gets control over us and it does not allow us to develop; it captures us and does not let us go away from it. Very often we have to come across with a fact that people are afraid of responsibility before other people, when a person says that he cannot develop his business, what if he will not be able to pay wages to his people, that is why he does not have his own business, when fear before financial structures to take a credit does not allow a company to develop dynamically.
Few things are required for successful development of business. Just to set a strategic goal correctly and strive continuously to it without digressing on current matters.
Current matters shall be dealt with by a director responsible for current matters. If to organize the work properly, then in some small period of time a planned development of the company starts without any hindrances, restrictions. It is necessary for a general director or a president of the company to learn how to plan their business explicitly, not to prepare a business plan, but to plan the future of their company. Current technologies allow to do it, to plan future clearly which allows it to launch rigidly within such parameters which you define for it. In all other cases we regard the occurrence of undesirable situations as incapability to plan, which ultimately leads a leader to continuous extinguishing of “fires”. A leader instead of being engaged in planning and development of his business has to be occupied in resolution of undesirable situations.
We call people who are able to plan business correctly ‘ready to manage people’.
Interesting moments arise at the initial stage of the business (company) development, when (often) a leader of the company is at the same time a general director, an accountant, etc. It is not correct. At this moment the company does not save money, it incurs large losses because when a detector carries out a function of a medium-level manager, a director is not available at the company; when a director is available at the company then there is neither accountant nor medium-level manager at this period. It also follows from it that a clear planning is not available at the company and incomes of the company will be defined occasionally.
