Business development doesn’t mean some physical actions (physical actions are derivative). Business development is, first of all, the adjustment of mental condition to interaction with the environment followed by certain actions directed to getting material wealth.
People do not buy product – they buy attitude. If you were treated in a rude way in a bakery yesterday, you won’t go there today as the protective system of your organism won’t let you go there and get another portion of offence.
Business development is a meditative process aimed at getting some specific result. It is wrong to meditate on some actions as long as they may result in nothing and you will get nothing.
I was once approached by a company which produced sausages. Their products were fantastic. But no one was buying them. With the help of diagnostics we found out the following: a group of retired military people decided to set up a business, they chose the field, set a program for building a meat processing factory and launched it. However, they didn’t set a program for sales and income. As they explained to me later: “We thought people would be buying it anyway, because it is of high quality” But our universe is based on information before anything else. And in the universe there was no information about good product and its sales. There was only information about the factory.
After I described the whole situation I managed to convince them that meditation on sales and income was crucial. Two months later the factory was working with maximum performance and they got good return on their investments.
It is very important to include a program for sales and income when you set a program for business development. Otherwise, the sales are still possible, but the income will be zero, or even worse, the company will be selling goods at a sacrifice. Likewise, I used to work with a group of guys who had taken a loan from a bank who launched a clothes-producing business and even designed new fashions. Their stocks were chock-full with their products because no one wanted to buy it. As a result, they incurred losses. And again the diagnostics revealed that there was no sales and income program.
I could give plenty of similar examples, but the main point for all of them is as follows: the absence of certain programs (meditative process) results in the absence of the results in material world.
